What it is

Tooth-level charting, staged treatment plans priced from your tariff, and lab-case tracking from impression to fit. The oral cancer screen records an examination at each visit: each site looked at and what it looked like (a white or red patch, an ulcer, a growth, stiff bands), with tobacco, areca and alcohol use. Anything seen goes to a review date or a referral, a referral stays on the list until the specialist’s outcome is recorded, and patients charted today without a screen are listed so nobody is missed. Dental visits away from the chair are booked for a home, a nursing home, a ward bed or an institution, with what the mobile kit carries; on the day the dentist records what was found (on the same tooth chart) and done, ticking off the plan items worked, and anything the kit cannot do is referred to the chair with the reason.

How it works

Open the mouthFind the patient and the chart draws as two FDI arches; a tooth carrying findings takes the gravest tint of the ones it has — missing, caries or fracture, mobility, impaction or attrition, then filling, crown or root canal.
Chart on a toothClick the tooth, choose the finding, add a note if it needs one and press Chart on that tooth; anything that is not an FDI code — permanent 11–48, primary 51–85 — is refused, and nothing on this screen edits or removes a finding once it is charted.
Draft the plan from the tariffName the plan, then add each item by picking the service from the tariff with an optional tooth and a stage number; the unit amount is quoted by the pricing engine on the day the item is added, never typed.
Accept, which freezes the pricesAccept — freezes prices needs at least one item, and after it no item can be added or removed; Print quote prints the itemised plan with the clinic’s name and the line saying the quote is valid for 30 days.
Work it, then complete itDone marks each item on an accepted plan, Complete is offered only once every item is done, and Cancel asks for a reason on a draft or an accepted plan.
