What PriceQuote does

Build the estimate from the live price list — every line resolved through the same tariff engine that bills, tax included, plan named, the working stored with the number. Quotes carry stated assumptions and a validity date; an expired quote refuses acceptance, because an expired price is a new quote. Bill-versus-quote variance reporting arrives next.

How you actually use it

  1. Start the estimateAgainst a registered patient, or against nobody yet — a counsellor quoting somebody who has not been registered still needs the arithmetic.
  2. Add the services by searching themEvery line is priced live through the same engine that bills, with tax included and the plan named, and the working is stored with the number.
  3. State the assumptions"Single night stay, no implants." There is a line for exactly that sentence and it travels on the estimate, because it is what the argument at discharge is actually about.
  4. Send it with a validity dateAn estimate is valid for a week. An expired one cannot be accepted, because an expired price is a new estimate rather than an old promise.
