What CreditDesk does

Credit bills aged by payer with follow-up cadences, promise-to-pay records and reconciliation against receipts.

How you actually use it

  1. Open the accountPayer or corporate name, its kind and an optional contact; a second account of the same name is refused — chase the one that is there.
  2. Put the invoices on itInvoice number, amount and due date; the same invoice number twice on one account is refused.
  3. Read the ageingEach account shows 0-30d, 31-60d, 61-90d, 90d+ and the total outstanding, computed from the due dates on the clinic’s own calendar every time the page loads — never stored — and the accounts sort by what is owed.
  4. Receive against the invoiceReceive asks the amount; a receipt that would pass what the invoice still owes is refused by the update itself, with a check constraint behind it.
  5. Log the chaseA chase note says who said what and when, and the log is append-only — the empty state reads never chased, and the buckets say whether that can last.

What it reads

What it writes

follow-upsreconciliations
Same patient record as every other app — nothing is copied into a silo. Data class: PHI-lite.

What it does not do

It does not net off balances across payers — what one payer owes is never quietly reduced by a credit sitting with another.

Every app page carries this section. A listing with only benefits is an advertisement.
