What RevenueLens does

Payer mix, unbilled work, discount patterns and ageing — each number drilling to the bills behind it.

How you actually use it

  1. Read the payer mixThe first card splits the quarter’s money into self-pay bills and insurance claims as a drawn donut with the amount and count on each slice.
  2. Age the open claimsClaims ageing buckets every open claim by how long it has been waiting, with the count and the amount in each bucket.
  3. Read denials and what came backDenials and recovery gives the denial rate over the claims it is drawn from, the open work items, the amount recovered, and a badge per resolution outcome.
  4. Age the credit book and read the leakageCredit ageing buckets the outstanding invoices, and Leakage gives the quarter’s discounts and voided bills with their amounts.
  5. Check the basis under every cardNothing on this screen is stored: every figure is computed at request time and each card prints the server’s basis note naming the fields it relied on.
