What SignDesk does

The clinic’s paperwork desk: a library of versioned documents, sent for signature with a one-time code, each envelope carrying its own frozen copy of the document and its fingerprint — so editing a template later can never change what somebody signed. Evidence (who, when, from where) rides every signature, and signed envelopes refuse deletion at the database itself.

How you actually use it

  1. Publish the paper you already useA consent, an estimate, a vendor agreement — as a versioned template with placeholders for the practice name, the patient and the date.
  2. Send it for signatureThe signer gets a link and a one-time code. The link is not the authentication; the code is, which is the difference between a signature and a click.
  3. The envelope freezes its own copyWith a fingerprint of the exact words shown, so editing the template next month cannot change what somebody signed last month.
  4. Watch the queueWhat is waiting for a signature and what is signed, with the evidence — who, when, from where — riding each one.

What it reads

document templatessigner details

What it writes

envelopessignaturesacceptance records
Same patient record as every other app — nothing is copied into a silo. Data class: PHI-lite.

What it does not do

The link is not the authentication — the OTP is. And a signed envelope cannot be edited, re-signed or quietly replaced by anyone, including us.

Every app page carries this section. A listing with only benefits is an advertisement.

Questions clinics ask

What data does SignDesk read and write?

SignDesk reads document templates, signer details and writes envelopes, signatures, acceptance records. Its data class is PHI-lite. Every app works on the same patient record — nothing is copied into a silo.

What does SignDesk deliberately not do?

The link is not the authentication — the OTP is. And a signed envelope cannot be edited, re-signed or quietly replaced by anyone, including us.

What happens to our data if we uninstall SignDesk?

Sending stops. Signed envelopes stay, because a signature that can vanish proves nothing.

Is SignDesk available today?

Yes — SignDesk is live in clinics today. Set up your practice on MedAppz and install it from your dashboard.
