The community health worker’s home visits on the phone, with no signal: today’s households, the programme’s own checks, a referral to a clinic or camp, sent when the signal returns.
Installs with HouseholdRegistry, whose screen it works onThe home visit for the places a programme actually works. Before leaving, the worker downloads their pack: the community rounds planned for them over the next three days, the households on them (or every household in a village they choose), the people enrolled in each, the questions each programme asks at a visit (the programme’s own; none ship) and the camps coming up. Out there, with no signal, each visit is recorded on the phone: the household and person, the programme, what happened at the door (seen, not at home, refused, moved), the answers, a note, the phone’s place or why it could not give one, and a referral to a clinic by name or to a camp, urgent or routine. The visits wait on the device and go up when the signal returns; each carries a key made once on the phone, so a send repeated because its answer never arrived writes nothing twice and says so. A visit at a door on a planned round also records that door. At the desk, visits are listed with their answers, open referrals are listed urgent first and closed with what happened, and an urgent referral reaches the programme’s managers on WhatsApp once the number is paired.
