What PerfBoard does

Performance without folklore: per doctor and per branch, the visits seen, the revenue collected, the outcomes recorded — computed live from the same records the work created, with the basis stated on every figure. Made for the monthly review that used to run on memory.

How you actually use it

1. 1Open Group and pick the windowPerfBoard is the Clinicians and Front desk cards on the Group screen, and the Last 7 days, Last 30 days and Last 90 days buttons at the top set the window those two cards are computed over.
2. 2Read the clinician rowsEach clinician carries the patients seen, the visits, the revenue attributed to them as the responsible clinician on the encounter, the average consult length, the notes signed, and the assistant drafts they accepted out of those they judged.
3. 3Read the front desk separatelyThe Front desk card counts bills raised, payments taken and the amount collected, because counting a receptionist’s visits against a doctor’s would compare two unrelated things.
4. 4Check the basis before you act on a numberNothing on the board is stored: every figure is read from the encounters, notes and payments as they were entered, and the Clinicians card prints that under its table.

What it does not do

It stores no scores and ranks nobody in secret — every number shows its working, to the person it is about too.
