What it is

Each embryo biopsied for PGT-A, PGT-M or PGT-SR gets its own tube id, unique in the clinic, and the biopsy is witnessed by a second embryologist in EmbryoLog’s own witness log. Tubes go to the genetics lab in a send-out with the lab’s reference. When the report comes back, the result is entered against one biopsy and must name the tube and the embryo exactly as the report prints them: a tube that belongs to another embryo, or a label that is not this embryo’s, is refused, and the screen says which embryo the tube really is. A PGT-M answer cannot be written on a PGT-A tube. Entering the result is witnessed too, and the embryo’s custody chain shows the biopsy and the result beside every move.

Its data class is Full PHI. Every app works on the same patient record — nothing is copied into a silo.

What does PGTTrack deliberately not do?

What happens to our data if we uninstall PGTTrack?
