Aging in place, watched over without being watched.
Clinical · PHI-lite · Every specialtyMonitoring between visits ships in the apps that already hold it rather than as an app of its own: readings and their thresholds in Remote Monitoring (RPMConsole) — a number taken at home arrives through the Send a reading card on the patient’s portal link, labelled by how it was taken — and VitalStream, symptom check-ins in SymptomLoop, and the visit at the door in HomeNursing — an older adult living alone is enrolled in those, not in a fifth register. No code was added for this idea. What is left of it is the part that needs data the product does not hold: the passive signals. Nothing here reads an activity rhythm, night wandering or a fall from a sensor, and no such device is integrated.
It does not watch passively — every reading in this product is one somebody took or answered — and it escalates nothing of its own: the escalation rules live in the monitoring apps, on the readings they hold.
Every app page carries this section. A listing with only benefits is an advertisement.HomeWatch reads readings, check-ins and home visits, where those apps hold them and writes nothing. Its data class is PHI-lite. Every app works on the same patient record — nothing is copied into a silo.

Every record stays; only the workflow leaves.
