What PostOpCall does

Structured post-op call scripts per procedure with red-flag branching, outcomes recorded to the case, and missed calls rescheduled rather than dropped.

How you actually use it

  1. Schedule the two callsSchedule day 1 and 7 takes an operated case id and materialises both calls from the operation date; the insert matches no rows when the case has not been operated, and a case gets its schedule once.
  2. Record every attemptOn a call that is due, press Reached, No answer, Wrong number or Declined — attempts are appended, so the count on the row is real rows rather than a recollection.
  3. Work the script when you reach themThe script asks pain on 0–10, fever, the wound, the medicines and mobilising, and the card names the answers that will open an escalation before you press Record the call.
  4. Close the escalation with a nameClose it will not save without who was told and what was done, and until it does the call stays on the queue marked escalated.
  5. Let a call end as unreachableThree unanswered attempts close the call as unreachable with a stamped note, which stays on the queue reading differently from done because it is a different fact.

What it reads

cases

What it writes

call recordsescalations
Same patient record as every other app — nothing is copied into a silo. Data class: Full PHI.

What it does not do

It does not mark an unanswered call complete — unanswered reschedules and eventually escalates.

Every app page carries this section. A listing with only benefits is an advertisement.
