Front desk guide

Registers patients, books and checks them in, runs the tokens, takes payments and answers enquiries at the counter.

The demo opens as Rahul Verma, with invented patients. Registrations, check-ins, tokens and the bill at the end of the visit.
  • Nobody waits at the counter to be registered
  • Every appointment is booked into a real slot
  • No bill leaves the building unpaid by mistake
  • Every enquiry gets a call back

Rain

What to ask Rain

Rain is the assistant in every screen, by voice or text. These are requests the assistant is taught for this role. It reads only what you may read, and anything that changes a record comes back as a card you confirm.

  • “Book Ramesh Kumar with Dr Rao tomorrow at 10”
  • “Open the appointment diary”
  • “Who is still to arrive today?”
  • “How many patients are waiting right now?”
  • “Close the cash for today”
  • “Which bills are still unpaid today?”
  • “Make the bill for Ramesh Kumar’s visit”
  • “Anita Desai paid 800 by UPI against her bill”
  • “Naya patient register karo, naam Rakesh Yadav, umar 50”
  • “Kal subah dus baje Dr Mehta ke saath appointment book karo”
  • “Abhi kitne log wait kar rahe hain?”
