A tablet at the entrance a patient taps their ABHA card or QR against: it checks them in against today's appointment, and offers to link or share their ABHA health records with this visit, on their own consent, without a desk clerk retyping a demographic form.
It does not create or pull an ABHA record without the patient's own consent screen on the kiosk — a walk-in with no ABHA still checks in by name and phone, same as before.
