Rain, the assistant

Rain is the assistant in every screen. It reads only what you yourself may read — it asks the same API you would, as you — and anything that would change a record comes back as a card that nothing saves until you confirm.

Step by step

How to do it

  1. Open itPress Ask Rain in the header, or Ctrl+J (Cmd+J on a Mac). You need the ai.invoke permission.
  2. Ask about what is in front of you“Who is my next patient?”, “How many results are waiting for me?”, “Which bills are unpaid today?” — answered from your practice’s own records.
  3. Have it prepare the changeRegister a patient, write a prescription, order labs, add a note, admit, book, record vitals or a payment, draft a bill, create a task, move a bed, and more for each role. Each comes back as a card to check; Confirm saves it, and nothing is saved before.
  4. Say “Brief me”You get the few numbers your day depends on, with Read aloud. A brief never names a patient.
  5. Check the AI InboxThe operator checks the practice’s signals every five minutes and drops what it finds into each person’s AI Inbox. The practice chooses how far it may go: notify only, prepare cards, or also do low-risk actions — team tasks and patient reminders, never a clinical record and never money.
