The Patient App

The Patient App is the patient’s side of your practice, in a phone browser: their day, their medicines, their records and Rain to ask. It is drawn dark, in the clinic’s own accent colour.

Step by step

How to do it

  1. Send the patient their linkA link from the clinic opens the app straight away, with no account to make.
  2. Or they sign inWith a six-digit code on WhatsApp, a password, or a passkey on a phone that made one. If a code cannot be sent, the page offers the clinic’s link instead.
  3. They find their way by the tabsToday, Medicines, Rain, Records and Me on a phone, and a sidebar on a computer. A patient registered at more than one clinic chooses which.
