Reports, alerts and forecasts

Insights is where the practice’s numbers live: reports you build, questions you ask in words, alerts that watch a number for you, and a forecast of the weeks ahead.

Step by step

How to do it

  1. Build a report or ask your dataBuild a report: pick a metric, a breakdown, a time step and a period, see the chart and the table, then save it — pinned to the top of Insights, sent on a schedule, or both. Ask your data takes the question in words.
  2. Set an alertChoose A line I set or Unusual change. Alerts are checked every five minutes, sent once per period and never while snoozed — to your bell, or with export.run to your own WhatsApp or email.
  3. Read the forecastChoose 1, 2 or 4 weeks ahead. It forecasts from the last sixteen weeks, and says Not enough history yet when there is too little.
