Care-team phone apps

Open MedAppz on a phone and it becomes a phone app: a tab bar, big targets, and Rain in the middle. Doctors, nurses, the front desk, the administrator, the lab, the pharmacy, pathology and radiology have apps of their own; every other role gets the shared staff app.

Step by step

How to do it

  1. Open it on a phoneThe phone layout appears on any screen 760 pixels wide or narrower.
  2. Or ask for it on any screenAdd ?app=1 to the address once and that browser keeps the phone layout; ?app=0 switches back.
  3. Use the tabsThe shared staff app has Home, To-do, Apps and Me. Rain sits in the centre of the tab bar — on the doctor’s app the centre button is Dictate.

Not live yet

There is no app in the App Store or Google Play yet: the phone apps run in the phone’s browser.
