Link your phoneSettings → Sign-in & security → Connect WhatsApp. Enter your WhatsApp number, press Send code, then type the six-digit code and press Link — or send LINK and the code from that phone.
Choose your updatesMy WhatsApp updates has WhatsApp first, a digest for the low-priority ones, and an on or off for each update your apps can send. The clinic’s defaults, quiet hours and digest times are on Clinic WhatsApp updates.
Reply to actAn update carries a short reference. Reply 1 or 2, “done”, or the reference and “done”, and it comes back as a confirm card; nothing is written until you reply 1. Send “help” to see what you can do from WhatsApp.
Ask and update from the chatAsk a question, send an update, a voice note or a photo, and get the AI operator’s brief and important findings. A message carries only counts, statuses and links unless the owner allows more.
Patients ask Rain on the clinic’s numberA patient whose phone holds their Patient App link to your clinic can ask Rain in their own words; anyone else gets the clinic’s menu. Connect the number on the WhatsApp screen — Cloud API (official) or Web pairing by QR, which the screen warns breaks WhatsApp’s terms and can get a number banned.
Send documents as PDFsLab reports, discharge summaries, signed certificates, payslips and bills have a Send button. On WhatsApp the file itself goes, with a plain caption unless the clinic allows more; without a connected number it goes by email, or by SMS saying where to find it.
