What it is

The vendor register with contracts, rate validity and performance history — consignment terms feed OTConsign directly. Every received order is rated once: on time against what was promised, quality as expected (or minor issues, or rejected) and the quoted price held, with what went wrong in words; each vendor’s record is the plain share of each over its rated orders, so the next purchase is decided against the record rather than the memory of the last delivery. It shows the record; nobody is blacklisted by a number.

How it works

Register the vendorA vendor carries its name, GSTIN, contact person and phone, and this is the registry Procurement issues orders against.
Write the contractA contract carries the dates it is valid between, whether the stock on it is consignment, and its terms — a window that ends before it starts is refused, and contracts are only written against active vendors.
Read the record, deactivate rather than deleteEvery received order is rated once — on time, quality as expected, price held — and the vendor’s record is the plain share of each; it shows the record and decides nothing. Deactivating leaves the vendor on the board with its history; new contracts against it are then refused.

Rules it keeps

What it does not do, by design. A listing with only benefits is an advertisement.

It does not let an expired contract price a new order.
