VendorGate

● live in clinics

Vendors, contracts and consignment terms.

In plain words: Keep vendors, contracts and rates in one register.

Operations · No PHI · Every specialty

What VendorGate does

The vendor register with contracts, rate validity and performance history — consignment terms feed OTConsign directly.

How you actually use it

  1. Register the vendorA vendor carries its name, GSTIN, contact person and phone, and this is the registry Procurement issues orders against.
  2. Write the contractA contract carries the dates it is valid between, whether the stock on it is consignment, and its terms — a window that ends before it starts is refused, and contracts are only written against active vendors.
  3. Deactivate rather than deleteDeactivating stamps the vendor inactive and leaves it on the board with its history; new contracts against it are then refused.

What it writes

vendor recordsterms
Same patient record as every other app — nothing is copied into a silo. Data class: No PHI.

What it does not do

It does not let an expired contract price a new order.

Every app page carries this section. A listing with only benefits is an advertisement.
