What it is

The store chooses which of its items the physio desk may sell — braces, supports, bands — and the physiotherapist sells from today’s session, on the desk or the phone, or straight from a held session in PhysioFlow. In one step the item comes off the batch that expires first in StoreStock (expired, recalled or short stock is refused there) and the line goes on the patient’s bill at the price on the batch: the stay’s running bill for an inpatient, the visit’s or a counter bill otherwise. A batch with no price is refused rather than sold at a guess. A return puts the item back on its batch and takes the line off the bill together.
