This is the register for that bag: one row per strip, the photograph stored so the pharmacist can look at it, and what is legible typed off it. Candidates are then matched from TWO SOURCES AND NO THIRD — this hospital’s own stock list, and this patient’s own past prescriptions — and a named pharmacist confirms each one or records it as not identified with the reason. The confirmed list is what a prescriber copies from.
