What StockPlanner does

Consumption-driven reorder suggestions with lead times and seasonality — the order book is a draft a human releases.

How you actually use it

  1. Set the levels on an itemSet levels takes the stock item, its minimum, its maximum and the lead days — nothing is suggested for an item nobody has planned.
  2. Read the suggestionsEach planned item shows what is on hand against its min and max, the average daily issue over the trailing thirty days, the days of cover and the lead time, all computed from the store ledger at read time.
  3. Draft the indentDraft indent takes the suggested quantity onto an indent with a note saying whether it is filling below minimum or a planned top-up.
  4. Raise itRaise moves a draft indent to raised, and indents are append-only — after that the row only ever reads the same.

What it reads

stock movements

What it writes

reorder drafts
Same patient record as every other app — nothing is copied into a silo. Data class: No PHI.

What it does not do

It does not place orders itself — the reorder book is a draft, and a person releases it.

Every app page carries this section. A listing with only benefits is an advertisement.
