How it works

Check what is left to give backRaise a refund takes the bill id and shows what was paid, what has already been refunded or requested, and what is left — a request for more than that is refused rather than adjusted.
Raise the requestGive the id of the payment the money came in on, the amount, a reason — paid twice, service not given, overcharged, cancelled or goodwill — and optionally where it goes back to.
Approve with the date the patient is toldApprove takes a promised date and the server refuses an approver who raised the request; Reject takes a reason the patient can be told.
Pay it outRecord the payout takes cash, bank transfer, UPI or card reversal, and everything but cash is refused without its reference — the UTR, UPI transaction id or reversal id.
