The NICU’s own daily rhythm: feed volumes and weight trend per baby, bilirubin readings against the phototherapy threshold chart, retinopathy-of-prematurity screening due dates by gestational age, and the milk bank’s own stock matched to which baby it is feeding — one chart instead of four separate registers at a NICU cot-side.
It does not decide a phototherapy threshold or an ROP referral on its own — it charts against the standard thresholds and flags when a check is due; a neonatologist decides.
