What CommitteeHub does

Pharmaco-therapeutic, infection control, ethics and safety committees: agendas, quorum verification, decisions recorded, and actions assigned with deadlines that escalate.

How you actually use it

  1. Constitute the committeeName, kind, the quorum as a number, how many months between meetings and the terms of reference; a live committee of that name here already is refused.
  2. Fill the seatsAppoint takes a member of staff and their role on the committee — chair, infection control nurse, microbiologist; the same person twice on one live committee is refused.
  3. Put it in the diary and hold itMeetings schedules a date, one per committee per date, and Mark as held stamps it; Committees due to meet lists every live committee against the date its own cadence makes it due — the last meeting held plus its months — soonest first.
  4. Work the agendaAdd item, then Record a decision under each one; the Carried forward block is the previous held meeting’s still-open actions re-derived on every load, so closing an action takes it off the next agenda by itself.
  5. Adopt only at quorumAdopt the minutes prints how many were present against this committee’s quorum and stays disabled below it, the guard is the where clause of the update itself, and blank minutes are refused as a signature on nothing.
