What CathLabQueue does

Elective lists and primary-PCI interruptions managed on one board, consumable capture per procedure feeding the bill, and door-to-balloon times measured, not remembered.

How you actually use it

  1. Create the lab roomsThe New room field takes a name such as CATH-1; a second active room with that name is refused, and each room card counts the cases booked into it for the chosen date.
  2. Book a case into a slotFind the patient, choose the room, the slot, the indication and elective, urgent or primary PCI, then Book for that date; a slot already taken in that room on that day is refused.
  3. Walk the case through the dayInto the lab, then Record consumable and Complete; a consumable is only accepted against a case that reached the lab, and Cancel asks why and keeps the row on the board with the reason.
  4. Stamp the clock on a primary PCIStamp first contact and Stamp balloon appear only on a primary-PCI case, and a balloon stamped before first medical contact is refused by a check constraint.
  5. Read door-to-balloonThe card counts the measured primary-PCI cases, how many ran over 90 min and the median, computed from the two stamps each time it is read; what was opened stays here and stock lives in StoreStock.

What it reads

What it writes

procedurestimings
Same patient record as every other app — nothing is copied into a silo. Data class: Full PHI.

What it does not do

It does not let an elective case silently absorb a primary-PCI delay — the interruption is recorded.

Every app page carries this section. A listing with only benefits is an advertisement.
