What TurnRoom does

Cleaning requests from discharge events, per-room turnover clocks, and inspection sign-offs before the bed returns to the board.

How you actually use it

  1. Open the taskPick the bed and the kind — discharge clean, daily clean, deep clean or spill — and one task of that kind stays open per bed until it is verified.
  2. Claim it by nameThe housekeeper types their name and presses Claim; only an unclaimed open task can be claimed.
  3. Work the four-item checklistFloors, surfaces, bathroom and linen — Done needs all four ticked or an exception note saying what was left and why, which is a CHECK rather than a convention.
  4. Have somebody else verify itVerify lands only on a done, unverified task, and a CHECK refuses a verifier who is the person who cleaned.
  5. Watch the bed go readyVerifying updates the bed’s housekeeping row on the bed board to ready in the same transaction where such a row exists — that board reads a bed with no row as ready already — and the turnaround minutes are computed from the stamps.
