What it is

For opticians, audiologists, sleep clinics and home-care suppliers. A plan is your own: what goes out (a store item, drawn first to expire), how many each time, every how many days, the price of each dispatch and how many days ahead the person is reminded — nothing ships with a figure in it. Put a person on a plan, collecting at the counter or sent to their address. Each due date is settled once: collected, sent with its courier reference, or skipped with a reason; a dispatch from stock is a stock movement and, when the plan has a price, a line on the person’s bill in the same step, and the next due date moves on by the plan’s interval. A subscription pauses until a date (or until resumed) and is cancelled with a reason, then kept as it was. Reminders go once per due date, on WhatsApp once the clinic’s number is connected.

How it works

  1. Write your plansWhat goes out, how many, how often, the price, the reminder.
  2. Subscribe the personCollecting, or sent to their address.
  3. Settle each due dateCollected, sent or skipped — from stock and onto the bill.
  4. Pause or cancelUntil a date, or for good with a reason.

Rules it keeps

What it does not do, by design. A listing with only benefits is an advertisement.

It does not refill medicines: a prescription refill goes through MedsToDoor, against the prescription.
It ships no interval, quantity or price — each plan is yours.
