The month’s cases are listed as the clinician recorded them: the animal, the WHO exposure category, whether a course started and how many of its doses are given, and the immunoglobulin decision, with an open category III case that has no decision yet called out. The store’s vaccine and immunoglobulin items are linked here once, and their stock is read from the store: usable and expired quantities, the next expiry, the last 30 days’ use and the days it lasts at that pace, with “low” at the reorder level the store set. It sits beside the vaccine doses RabiesClinic has due in the next seven days; doses are never converted into vials, because that depends on the route and regimen the clinic follows. Each month the return is counted from the cases and the store: bite cases by category and animal, courses started and completed, doses and immunoglobulin given, immunoglobulin not available, vaccine received and in stock at month end. A human rabies case is entered from the ward register, never left as a zero. The reporting deadline is the one your programme office gives you, written with its source; the return is filed by hand and its acknowledgement recorded.
