What MockDrills does

Drill calendars per statutory requirement, observer checklists with timings, gaps becoming actions, and the annual compliance report assembled from real drills.

How you actually use it

  1. Define the drillKind (fire, disaster, code blue, code pink, evacuation, spill), a name, how many months apart, and the scenario the participants will be given.
  2. Read what is owedEach drill is on track or overdue from its cadence against the planned date of the last drill that was conducted or closed, or against the day the definition was written where none has been. Schedule puts a date and an area on the calendar.
  3. Mark it conductedPaste the staff id of whoever watched the drill — the observer is not the person running it — and how many took part.
  4. Record what the observer sawResponse time, procedure followed, equipment ready and communication, each good, adequate or poor, with seconds where measured. A poor rating needs a note.
  5. Turn gaps into actions, then close itWhat was wrong, what will be done, an owner and a due date; Mark done asks what was actually done. Close is refused without an observer’s entry and while any action is still open.
