What it is

Every NABH standard mapped to living evidence — policies, logs, audits — with staleness flags before the assessor finds them. Its Other programmes tab keeps the rest of the file the same way: NABH Nursing Excellence kept apart from the hospital’s record, a JCI survey, the MusQan newborn and child checklist scored 0, 1 or 2 per checkpoint, the QCI empanelment audit, and a medical college’s NMC inspection with faculty, beds, clinical material and MBBS attendance measured against the norms the college records. Each programme is the hospital’s own copy of the checklist, pasted with its source and edition, answered item by item with evidence pointers, read back as readiness over what applies, the score against the hospital’s own target, figures below the norm and items with thin evidence. A college also keeps its cadaver register — the consent or the authority’s order, never a donor’s name — from receipt to disposal; skills-lab sessions are booked on SpaceDesk.

How it works

Read the readinessCompliant of applicable elements, overall and per chapter, with core elements not yet met and elements past their own target date listed under it. An element ruled not applicable leaves the denominator; one nobody has touched still counts.
Work through the objective elementsFilter by chapter or status, open an element and Save status — not started, in progress, compliant or not applicable — with an owner and a target date. Not applicable is refused without a reason.
Point at the evidenceAdd evidence takes a kind (policy, record, photo, training, audit) and where the assessor will find it. What you add here is a pointer, and the list says which evidence is backed by a record in the product.
Run the other programmes the same wayOn Other programmes, start Nursing Excellence, JCI, MusQan, QCI or an NMC inspection with the source of your copy, paste its checklist (Chapter, Code, Statement), and answer each item — met, scored 0 to 2, or a figure against the norm you recorded. Readiness, the score against your own target, figures below the norm and thin items read back; a college keeps its cadaver register there too. Open items show their target dates.

What data does NABHPrep read and write?

NABHPrep reads documents, logs, your copy of each programme’s checklist, faculty, bed and attendance figures and writes mappings, gap items, programme readiness and scores, cadaver register. Its data class is No PHI. Every app works on the same patient record — nothing is copied into a silo.
