How you actually use it

  1. Read the readinessCompliant of applicable elements, overall and per chapter, with core elements not yet met and elements past their own target date listed under it. An element ruled not applicable leaves the denominator; one nobody has touched still counts.
  2. Work through the objective elementsFilter by chapter or status, open an element and Save status — not started, in progress, compliant or not applicable — with an owner and a target date. Not applicable is refused without a reason.
  3. Point at the evidenceAdd evidence takes a kind (policy, record, photo, training, audit) and where the assessor will find it. What you add here is a pointer, and the list says which evidence is backed by a record in the product.
  4. Watch the target datesAn open element shows its target with the days left or overdue.
