What it is

For an Ayushman Arogya Mandir, each day’s outpatient and video visits from the clinic’s own records, with the service packages each one delivered ticked by the clinician: from care in pregnancy and childbirth to eye and ENT care, oral health, elderly and palliative care, emergencies and mental health. The visit itself is never changed, and ticking again replaces that visit’s list. The visits not yet tagged are counted for the day. The twelve packages are seeded from the comprehensive primary health care guidelines, with that source shown, and the practice renames a package or switches it off to match its state’s current list. Each month the report is counted: visits, visits tagged, and visits under each package by its code. It is filed by hand and its acknowledgement recorded.
