What ParkinsonTrack does

ON/OFF period diaries mapped against dose times, serial UPDRS, falls linked from BedsideRisk thinking, and DBS candidacy criteria assembled when the record supports it.

How you actually use it

  1. Enrol the patientOn Enrol on Parkinson care, find the patient, set the date diagnosed and the Hoehn & Yahr stage, then Enrol. Stage restages between 1 and 5; a patient has one active enrolment.
  2. Author the medication scheduleDetail opens the patient. The drug, the dose and its time-of-day slots, then Add schedule row. The schedule is appended, never edited.
  3. Log the diary against the last doseON, OFF or dyskinetic, with the time of the last levodopa dose, then Log diary entry. Minutes since dose is computed for each entry and never stored; a dose more than 720 minutes before the entry is refused as timing against nothing.
  4. Score UPDRS IIIUPDRS III 0–132, then Score UPDRS. Once per patient per day.
  5. Read the weekThe registry row shows the percentage of diary entries that were OFF over the last seven days, computed on load, or no diary this week.

What it writes

diariesscores
Same patient record as every other app — nothing is copied into a silo. Data class: Full PHI.

What it does not do

It does not average ON/OFF across weeks — the daily pattern is the clinical signal.

Every app page carries this section. A listing with only benefits is an advertisement.
