What it is

For Saudi Arabia’s national platform, NPHIES. The claim stays in ClaimsLine; here you pick it and prepare the NPHIES message for an eligibility request, a prior authorisation from the estimate, or the claim from the bill’s lines: a FHIR R4 message bundle whose header names the event, your provider licence and the payer’s licence, with the patient by national ID or iqama, the visit’s coded diagnosis, and the profiles and national service codes you enter from your onboarding pack. A person records the basis for sharing the patient’s data and marks it ready; it is sent once an administrator has entered your NPHIES account, issued after onboarding with the Council of Health Insurance and the conformance test. Until then you file on the NPHIES portal and record its answer here. NPHIES is the record of truth: its answer is kept exactly as it came.
