What LangPack does

Translation and localisation as infrastructure: every patient-facing string across Arabic, Swahili, French, Portuguese, Spanish and the Indian languages, with full right-to-left layout support — and clinical terms held to human review, because a mistranslated dose instruction is a safety event, not a typo.

How you actually use it

  1. Choose the languageThe languages come from your country pack; English is the base the pages are written in and is never a target. A bar shows how many of the known keys are translated.
  2. Translate what is still in EnglishStill in English lists every key the base language has and this one does not. Type the translation and press Save; until then patients read the English.
  3. Review the clinical stringsA string marked clinical is saved but not served to patients until Review is pressed. Editing the text afterwards clears the review, so the words a reviewer signed are the words that were reviewed.
  4. Add a string of your ownAdd a string takes a key, a language and the text, with a tick for clinical. Saved in en it becomes a base string the other languages are measured against.
