Travel vaccines and malaria advice by destination, from the guidance you load, recorded against the trip.
A patient planning travel gets advice matched to where they are actually going. Your clinic loads the travel health guidance it follows, named with its edition or date — rows of country, what the guidance lists (a vaccine, malaria prevention or other advice) and its note; no destination, risk or vaccine ships. A trip records the destinations, dates, purpose and itinerary, and opens with the loaded guidance for each destination. Each item is recorded as given, advised, declined, not needed or already protected, with the guidance’s name and edition kept as it was; advice outside the guidance needs a reason. A vaccine given goes on the patient’s VaxVault card. Earlier trips sit beside the new one, so a returning traveller with a fever can be asked exactly what they were protected against and where they went.
What it does not do, by design. A listing with only benefits is an advertisement.
