How it works
1Open the Balance tabOn the Rota screen, the Balance tab sits beside Rota, Leave and Credentials.
2Set the periodFrom and To default to the 28 days ending today — long enough for a pattern to show — and Show re-reads the rota for whatever range is picked.
3Read the spreadThe stat row gives nights, weekend duties and on-call windows as busiest-minus-quietest, and the table beneath it carries each person’s shifts, nights, weekends, weekend nights, on-call, longest run of nights and leave days, with a most badge marking whoever is busiest on nights.
4Read a fact, not a verdictThe note underneath says plainly that nobody is scored here and no run of nights is called unsafe — that judgement stays the rota manager’s.
