What Setup does

The first-day wizard: your business type, your doctors, your facility, your services and your apps — asked once, in plain language, with 300+ ready options so almost nothing needs typing. Answers land in the real tables (staff, services, your public page), not in a questionnaire nobody reads again. Steps adapt to what you are; nothing is compulsory.

How you actually use it

  1. Say what kind of place this isYour practice is the first step and it decides which steps follow — the options come from the server rather than the build, so almost everything is a tap rather than typing.
  2. Work through the steps in the railYou, the doctor; Where and when; What you do; Your team; Your apps; Your dashboard; Paperwork — the rail at the top shows where you are and Save and continue moves on.
  3. Read what each app does before switching it onThe apps step lists each one with a line saying what it does, and everything installed there can be removed later.
  4. Skip anythingSkip this passes a step and Finish later leaves the whole wizard — the product works throughout and every answer is re-enterable from Settings.
  5. Let the answers land in the real tablesThe registration number goes onto the staff profile, the address onto the organisation and the public page, the services onto the price list and the chosen apps into the installation table; only the progress and the raw answers stay in the wizard’s own row.
