What it is

Every free antenatal checkup given under the Pradhan Mantri Surakshit Matritva Abhiyan’s monthly camp day is logged against the pregnant woman it covered, and the government’s own certificate confirming the hospital’s participation for that month is generated from the log rather than filled in separately.
