What PCOSuite does

Cycle tracking, metabolic screening on cadence, treatment arcs from lifestyle to ovulation induction, and a clean handoff to the IVF stack when the plan gets there.

How you actually use it

  1. Enrol her on the PCOS yearOn Enrol on the PCOS year, find the patient, pick the Rotterdam phenotype — full triad, HA + OA, HA + PCOM or OA + PCOM — tick fertility goal where that is the plan, and press Enrol; the service creates the careplans ‘PCOS year’ plan and dates its milestones in the same transaction.
  2. Read the registry rowOne row per woman carries the phenotype, the last cycle length and how many cycles fell in the last six months, the date of the last metabolic screen, and a count of milestones past their due date.
  3. Log a cycleOpen Detail and enter the date it started and its length in days, then press Log cycle — the database refuses a length outside 10–120 as a typo rather than as a long cycle.
  4. Record a result and score the hirsutismRecord result takes OGTT fasting, OGTT 2-hour, LDL, HDL or Triglycerides with the value, and Score takes a Ferriman-Gallwey number, which the database holds to 0–36 and to once per day.
  5. Stop the year when it endsStop asks why she is leaving, writes that reason onto the careplans enrolment, and is refused on an enrolment that is not still active.
