PartnerDesk

● live in clinics

Facilitators, the agreement each one works under, and what they were actually paid.

In plain words: Keep the facilitator agreements and what each one was paid.

What PartnerDesk does

Almost every hospital doing this work has facilitators, and almost none can produce, on the day somebody asks, the piece of paper that says what the arrangement was. This is that piece of paper. A commission that is not disclosed cannot be recorded at all. Two agreements with one facilitator may not cover the same day, so two claims cannot be made on one patient. An enquiry that arrived in March cannot be attributed to an agreement that started in June. A payout freezes the basis it was worked out under, the person who asks for it is never the person who approves it, and the facilitator who brought the patient is paid what the agreement says and nothing else.

How you actually use it

  1. Empanel the facilitatorName, country and somebody you can actually ring. A name on a list with no number is not a partner.
  2. Record the agreement, disclosedThe dates, what it pays and where the signed copy is kept. A commission that is not disclosed is refused, and a second agreement over the same dates is refused too.
  3. Say which case each one broughtAttribute the case to the agreement that was running when the enquiry arrived. One partner per case — two claimants is a conversation, not a row.
  4. Approve, then mark it paidThe amount is worked out from the agreement and frozen into the payout. Somebody other than you approves it, and the reference goes in when the money has gone.

What it reads

the case and the day the enquiry arrivedthe agreement in force

What it writes

facilitatorsagreements and the disclosed commissionthe case each one claimspayouts and what was paid
Same patient record as every other app — nothing is copied into a silo. Data class: No PHI.

What it does not do

It cannot pay a treating doctor for sending a patient: there is no field for it, because the National Medical Commission’s code forbids it. It pays nobody by itself — it records that a payout was approved, and the money leaves through the ledger. It holds no patient record.

Every app page carries this section. A listing with only benefits is an advertisement.

Questions clinics ask

What data does PartnerDesk read and write?

PartnerDesk reads the case and the day the enquiry arrived, the agreement in force and writes facilitators, agreements and the disclosed commission, the case each one claims, payouts and what was paid. Its data class is No PHI. Every app works on the same patient record — nothing is copied into a silo.

What does PartnerDesk deliberately not do?

It cannot pay a treating doctor for sending a patient: there is no field for it, because the National Medical Commission’s code forbids it. It pays nobody by itself — it records that a payout was approved, and the money leaves through the ledger. It holds no patient record.

What happens to our data if we uninstall PartnerDesk?

The register of facilitators, their agreements and the payouts leave with the app. Nothing about a patient goes with it, because none of it was ever here.

Is PartnerDesk available today?
