Operations · No PHI · Every specialty

What MeterReads does

Utility meters read on schedule (or fed by sensors), consumption trended per department, diesel reconciled against generator hours, anomalies flagged the day they happen.

How you actually use it

  1. Add the meterKind (electricity, diesel, water, gas, oxygen), label, unit, location, ₹ per unit if you want a cost, and whether it is resettable.
  2. Log a readingA cumulative meter refuses a value below its last reading; a meter flagged resettable is allowed to restart.
  3. Read the consumptionEach reading shows the consumption since the one before and the daily average, with a sparkline of the run.
  4. See the monthConsumption per month, and a cost estimate where the meter carries a rate.
