Scope lists with per-scope reprocessing custody.

In plain words: Match every scope to its cleaning cycle.

What EndoSuite does

Endoscopy lists where each scope is a tracked asset: which scope, which patient, which reprocessing cycle between them — the traceability outbreaks demand.

How you actually use it

  1. Register each scopeThe serial — GIF-H290-4471 — and whether it is a gastroscope, colonoscope, duodenoscope or bronchoscope; a serial already on the register is refused, and its custody starts there.
  2. Put a list in a roomA list is a room on a day, one per room per day, and patients are added to it with the procedure they are down for.
  3. A scope goes out only when it is readyAssign a scope & start offers the ones whose latest reprocessing cycle finished ready, and the insert refuses anything else — a scope with no cycle at all has never been reprocessed here and is not assignable, so the default is closed.
  4. Walk the reprocessingSoiled, cleaned, disinfected, dried, ready — one button per stage; high-level disinfection records its disinfectant lot and the AER that ran it, and a scope with a cycle already open cannot start another.
  5. Fail a cycle honestlyFailing asks what failed, keeps it on the cycle and opens a fresh one; the scope’s state on the register is the stage of its latest cycle, computed in every read and never written onto the scope row.

What it writes

proceduresreprocessing links
Same patient record as every other app — nothing is copied into a silo. Data class: Full PHI.

What it does not do

It does not permit a scope on a patient without a completed reprocessing cycle since its last.

Every app page carries this section. A listing with only benefits is an advertisement.
