What it is

A retina patient on intravitreal injections or laser is a course for one eye that can run for years. The ophthalmologist states the indication, the drug as their clinic names it and the regimen in their own words; at each visit — an injection, a laser session or an observation — the vision as tested, the central subfield thickness from the OCT and the pressure are recorded with the next visit date the ophthalmologist sets. The app proposes no interval. An injection is refused unless that eye has the patient’s consent: a course consent until it is withdrawn, or a single consent taken that day, which covers one injection. Each injection keeps its post-injection check — the pressure and the vision as tested — and an injection without one stays flagged on the register. The register lists every eye with its next date, overdue first, and the course shows the thickness trend across visits.
