What MemberCare does

Membership plans with defined entitlements, consumed against visits and bills, renewals prompted before lapse.

How you actually use it

  1. Define the planA name, a period (monthly, quarterly, annual) and a price, then Add benefit for each service with an included count or unlimited.
  2. Sell a membershipThe patient’s id, the plan and the price paid on the day. A plan that is no longer on sale is refused. The membership shows the price paid beside today’s plan price, and they are allowed to differ.
  3. Use what is leftWhat is left counts each benefit’s uses against its included count; Use one records a use. A benefit that is used up, not on the plan, or claimed outside the membership’s dates is refused.
  4. Renew or cancelMemberships ending within a month and not yet renewed are listed at the top. Renew into a new membership writes a new one that starts after the old one ends; nothing extends the old dates. Cancel asks why and keeps the reason.
