What Team Tasks does

The clinic’s to-do list that survives a busy day. A task goes to one person or to a role, carries a due time, a checklist and the record it is about, and keeps an append-only history of everything that happened to it. Daily and weekly chores — the opening checklist, the stock count, the statutory filings — materialise themselves each morning from templates. An overdue task escalates up the ladder instead of dying quietly, and a task handed to you by name rings your bell. Handover means the work moves with its history, not that it evaporates.

How you actually use it

  1. Read the boardThe board gives one row per person or role with what is open, what is overdue and what got done this week; overdue is computed in the SELECT from the due time, never stored.
  2. Assign a taskA task carries a title, detail, a due time and a priority, and goes to exactly one person or exactly one role — the service refuses both or neither.
  3. Reassign, finish or cancel itReassign moves an open task to somebody else, Done closes it, and cancelling records why; a closed task is not reassigned — open a new one.
  4. Read the historyEvery move between people and states writes an event in the same transaction, and the history shows every desk the task crossed and every comment, with a box to add another.
  5. Let the recurring checklists appear on their ownA template names the checklist, the role it goes to, the cadence and the hour it is due, and its items are written as a comma-separated line — switching one off stops it without deleting what it already raised.

What it reads

What it writes

Same patient record as every other app — nothing is copied into a silo. Data class: PHI-lite.

What it does not do

It never closes or reassigns work silently — every change is a written event with a name on it.

Every app page carries this section. A listing with only benefits is an advertisement.
