Flags staff fatigue from the rota and overtime, never from health data.
Installs with StaffDesk, whose screen it works onA fatigue score for every member of staff, worked out from two things the hospital already records: the rota and the punch clock. Over the last fourteen days it counts the hours actually worked, the longest run of nights, shifts of six hours or more punched without a break, the shortest rest between one shift and the next, and shifts that ran two hours past the rota or were worked on a day off. Each factor adds points you can see, so a score of 82 says exactly why it is 82. The board shows each unit’s average, everyone worst first and their fourteen days as a strip of day, night, overtime and off. Beside a high score Rain suggests what to do — two days off after the current run of nights with the colleague who could cover, or a block on overtime — and one tap writes the days off into the rota. Every member of staff can open their own score; only the people who run the rota see everyone’s.
What it does not do, by design. A listing with only benefits is an advertisement.
Read out of the code, not the brochure: each app below is here because one service queries the other’s tables. Install either side and the hand-over is already wired.
Tell us what you run and we will show you this app inside a practice shaped like yours — or answer the question the page above did not.
