What NeuroGraph does

Patient-reported seizure diaries reconciled with clinic-recorded events; EDSS and other scales trended against medication changes.

How you actually use it

  1. Open a diary the day something happensOn Open a diary, find the patient, pick the seizure type — focal aware, focal impaired awareness, generalised tonic-clonic, absence, myoclonic or unknown — type the duration in seconds and press Record. There is no enrolment; the first event puts the patient on the board. The database refuses a duration over an hour: that is status epilepticus and belongs in the resuscitation record.
  2. Record events inside the diaryDiary opens the patient. The same type and seconds, plus Triggers and an injury tick; every event is listed newest first with its duration.
  3. Read the streak and the monthly frequencyThe badge on each row is the seizure-free streak measured to today on every load and stored nowhere; a patient with nothing recorded shows no events recorded, not a streak. Monthly frequency is counted on the clinic’s calendar with the average and longest duration, injuries and rescue uses for the month.
  4. Log rescue medication as whose account it isUnder Rescue medication, the drug and a tick for reported by the family, then Log use. Each dose is listed as self-reported or clinic-observed.
  5. Log an AED changeUnder AED history, the drug and the dose, then Log change. The row is appended with who made it and the newest is marked current; nothing is overwritten, so the dose at the time the frequency changed stays on the record.
