How it works

  1. File it against the recordUploaded from a scanner, or generated by the product — a discharge summary is produced, attached and downloaded in one act.
  2. Give each class its retention ruleHow long documents of that kind are kept, or until what age. A class with no rule says so rather than implying one exists.
  3. Freeze what must not goA legal hold stops retention acting on a file, and the desk lists what is frozen, who placed it and when it was released.
  4. Find it laterBy patient, by class, or by whether it has been scanned for malware — with the fingerprint of the file that was actually filed.

Rules it keeps

What it does not do, by design. A listing with only benefits is an advertisement.
