What it is

A view inside Care Plans — installing it installs Care Plans. The small overdue things across a panel of patients, ranked by how far behind the oldest one is, with the reason each is overdue, read over the condition programmes and the recalls the clinic already keeps. It sets no dates of its own and stores nothing, so there is no second copy of the same facts. What is NOT built is the private scratchpad: a doctor’s own “check on this one in five days” would be a third register of dates beside the two this product already has, and nobody else could see it when the doctor is away.

How it works

Open the overdue listOn Care Plans’ Due tab, Overdue across the panel — the oldest thing first needs both the care-plan and recall permissions; without ‘See the recall worklist’ the card names that permission rather than showing half a list.
Read one row per patient, worst firstEach row carries how many days behind the oldest item is, the total overdue, up to three reasons — tagged plan or recall, each with its own due date — and when the patient was last seen.
Nothing here is inventedThe list reads the programme milestones and the recalls the clinic already keeps and sets no date of its own, so an empty list means nothing has slipped rather than that nothing was checked.

What it does not do, by design. A listing with only benefits is an advertisement.
