How it works

Break the glassGive the patient id, a reason — Emergency treatment, Unconscious patient, Mass casualty or Other with a sentence — and the minutes, then press and hold Break the glass now; a click alone does nothing, and 240 minutes is the ceiling the API enforces.
Watch the sealThe panel reads Sealed while nothing is live and cracks the moment a grant is; the live grant sits in the queue below.
Review every grantReview on a row takes Appropriate, Questionable or Inappropriate; anything but Appropriate needs a note, and File verdict closes it.
Chase the overdueA grant unreviewed for more than seven days is marked review overdue and counted at the top of the queue.
